Hello, I'm a hobbyist photographer in the UK primarily focusing on Furry photography. You can often find me at various meets in the North of England. I also offer typically free private photoshoots when I have spare time available.The best place to see all the photos I've taken is Telegram, but you can also find me around online in a few other places! Terms of Service

These are the terms of service that cover all photos I have taken. If you are unsure which set applies to a photo, you must assume the more restrictive terms and contact me to clarify otherwise.

Public Events

Photos taken at public events such as fur meets are shared under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. As such the following terms apply:

  • You are welcome to copy and distribute photos from public events anywhere you'd like so long as you give credit to FelixPhotos as the source of the photo. You must where possible also give credit to the models within the photos.

  • You must not use photos from public events for any commercial purposes. If you require a commercial license for my photos, you must contact me to request one.

  • You must not edit photos from public events. This includes cropping or removing my watermark. You are welcome to contact me with any reasonable request to use an edited version of my photos, I will usually give permission as long as FelixPhotos is credited in a reasonable way.

  • You must not use my photos with any AI tools.

Private Photoshoots

Photos taken at private shoots are typically released with all rights reserved. As such the following terms apply:

  • You must not copy or distribute any photos from private photo shoots.

  • You must not use photos from private photo shoots for any commercial purposes.

  • You must not edit photos from private photo shoots.

  • You must not use my photos with any AI tools.

A separate license is granted to the participants of the private shoot which allows them to publish and distribute their photos. In some cases, photos from private shoots may be released under a more relaxed license, only if agreed with the participants in them.
